DMCA Policy

This website respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we have adopted the policy below toward copyright infringement. We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on this website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the claimed infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Our copyright agent for notice of claims of copyright infringement can be reached as follows:

By Email: websiteimagedownloadertool@outlook.com

We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification with our copyright agent pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. Please provide the following information:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is located outside the U.S., the judicial district in which our company is located.
  • Your consent to accept service of process from the person (or agent of that person) who filed the original DMCA notice.

After we receive your counter notification, we will forward it to the complaining party. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content after 10 business days but no later than 14 business days from the date the counter notice is received, unless our designated agent first receives notice from the complaining party that a court action has been filed to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material.

Please note that if you materially misrepresent that the disabled or removed content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Filing a false DMCA counter notification constitutes perjury.

Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this policy at any time. We encourage you to review this policy from time to time for any changes.
